Where can I buy your products?

All our products are available exclusively on our official website. We do not partner with third-party sellers or distributors, which allows us to control every aspect—from storage and packaging to shipping and customer service.

How do I place an order?

Just click the “Add to Cart” button on any product page. When you’re ready to complete your purchase, click the cart icon at the top right corner and follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment information. The process is simple and secure.

Can I add more items to an order I already placed?

If you want to add products after submitting an order, please place a separate order for the new items. Although we can’t promise combined shipping, we’ll try our best to consolidate your shipments when possible.

I ordered the wrong product. What should I do?

No problem! Reach out to us with your order number and the details of the change. We’ll assist you in making corrections before your order ships.

I entered the wrong shipping address. Can it be updated?

Yes, please contact us immediately with your order number and the correct shipping address. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll update the information for you right away.

Can I return my purchase? Will it cost me anything?

Absolutely! We offer a free 30-day return policy on all eligible orders. If you’re not completely satisfied within 30 days of receiving your item, you can return it at no cost—no restocking fees or hidden charges apply. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

How do I exchange a product?

To exchange an item, simply place a new order for the desired product. Then contact us so we can guide you through returning the original item for a full refund.

What if my item arrived damaged during shipping?

If your product is damaged upon arrival, contact us immediately. We will resolve the issue by providing a replacement or refund as appropriate.

What if the product stops functioning or doesn’t match the description?

We stand behind the quality of our products. All items come with a minimum 2-year warranty. If your product malfunctions under normal use or doesn’t meet the original specifications, we will replace it free of charge.
